How you work with us
Per visit, or on a contract
Per visit suits a small office with a handful of machines. Something breaks, you call, we come, you pay for that visit. Nothing ongoing.
Monthly contract suits a business that cannot afford downtime. You get scheduled visits, preventive maintenance, priority response when something goes down, and one number to call instead of hunting for a technician while your staff sit idle.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You can call us per visit whenever something breaks, and pay only for that visit. A monthly contract makes sense once you have enough machines that something needs attention most weeks – it covers regular visits and gives you priority when something goes down.
What does a visit cost?
It depends on your location and the work involved. WhatsApp us your address and a short description of the problem and we will give you the charge before we come out.
Which areas do you cover?
Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, including Damansara Perdana, Kota Damansara, Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama, Tropicana, TTDI and Kepong. Further out can usually be arranged – just ask.
How quickly can you come out?
For urgent problems we try to get to you the same or next working day. Contract clients get priority. If the problem can be solved remotely we will often do that first so you are not waiting.
Can you look after our backups?
Yes. We set up backups so your business data is copied automatically and we check that the copies actually restore – a backup nobody has tested is not a backup.
Do you supply the hardware as well?
Yes. We supply laptops, desktops, printers and accessories, set them up and support them afterwards, so you are not dealing with three different suppliers.
What if a machine has to go to the workshop?
We take it back to our store in Damansara Perdana, repair it there and return it. Where it matters we can discuss a loan arrangement so your staff keep working.
