You do not need to know which part failed. Describe what the machine does – or does not do – and we will diagnose it for free before quoting you anything.
Bring these along if you can
- The charger, so we can test charging and power draw.
- Your Windows or account password, if the machine needs to be booted.
- A note of anything that happened before the fault – a drop, spill or update.
- Will not switch on, or switches on with no display
- Screen cracked, flickering, dim or showing lines
- Lid feels loose, screen wobbles, casing cracked near the hinge
- Battery drains in minutes or will not charge at all
- Keys dead, sticky or typing the wrong character
- Shuts down by itself, overheats or the fan runs loud
- Spilled water or coffee on the keyboard
- Very slow to start up and slow to open anything
- Blue screen, restart loops or Windows will not load
- USB ports, charging port or audio jack not working

You get a clear price and the warranty on that part. Work only starts after you agree.

We test the machine before handing it back, usually within 1 to 3 days.
How much does a laptop repair cost?
It depends on the part. Screen replacement starts from RM250, hinge repair is RM150 to RM250, batteries start from RM80 for external and RM250 for built-in, keyboards from RM250, and motherboard or chip-level repair starts from RM250. We diagnose first and give you the price before any work begins.
Do you charge for checking my laptop?
No. Diagnosis is free. We tell you what is wrong and what it costs, and you decide from there.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done within 1 to 3 days. Screen, battery and keyboard jobs are often same day if the part is in stock. Motherboard and chip-level work takes longer because it needs testing.
Which brands do you repair?
All the common laptop and desktop brands, including gaming machines. Bring it in or WhatsApp us the brand and model and we will tell you straight away whether we can handle it.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes. Depending on the part and the job, warranty runs from 3 months up to 1 year. We tell you the exact warranty before you confirm the repair.
Do you repair desktops and custom PCs too?
Yes. We service desktops, all-in-ones and custom gaming rigs – no boot, no display, overheating, power supply failures and upgrades.
Can you come to my office?
Yes, on-site service can be arranged across Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. WhatsApp us your location and we will confirm the charge.
