2. We send you options
A few choices at different prices, with a straight explanation of the difference between them.
3. We prepare it
Windows, updates, your software and your files from the old machine, all done before handover.
4. Collect or delivery
Pick it up at the store, or we deliver and set it up at your home or office in PJ and KL.
Which brands can you supply?
All the well known brands for laptops, desktops and printers. Tell us the model you have in mind, or just tell us your budget and what you use the machine for, and we will come back with options and prices.
Can you build a custom PC for me?
Yes. We pick the parts with you based on what you will actually run – gaming, design, office or a workstation – then build, cable, install Windows and stress test it before handover. Full details are on our custom PC page.
Do you sell refurbished laptops and PCs?
Yes, when we have stock. Refurbished units come from our suppliers, are tested before they go out, and carry a warranty of between 1 month and 1 year depending on the unit. Stock changes often, so WhatsApp us to ask what is available right now.
Do you supply printers?
Yes, printers for home and office, and we can set them up on your network at the same time.
Can you supply several units for an office?
Yes. Tell us how many machines and what the staff do on them and we will quote the whole set, deliver and set them up on site. Ongoing support is available too.
Do new machines come with warranty?
Brand new laptops, desktops and printers carry the manufacturer warranty that comes with the product. For refurbished units the warranty is ours, between 1 month and 1 year depending on the unit, and we tell you the exact term before you buy.
Can you transfer my files from my old laptop?
Yes. We can move your files, set up Windows and your accounts, and install the software you use so the new machine is ready to work on when you collect it.
